In the case of any product damage incurred during shipping, or an error on our part with regard to processing your order, please contact us immediately at (800)-867-9229 or E-Mail us and let us know the nature of the error or damage. We’ll either replace or refund your purchase, as well as pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If, for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items sold by EasyLunchboxes.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once an item has been used, it is no longer considered new. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We do not accept returned items more than 30 business days after delivery.
We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs for a return if we have sent you the correct items in good condition.
How do I return my purchase?
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service department at (800)-867-9229, or E-Mail us within the first 30 days after receipt of your order. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included when sending your merchandise back. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. If you are replying by email, please include the Order Number and the Product Number(s) for all items you wish to return. All returned items must be received within ten (10) business days from the time the RMA number is generated. For items returned after the ten (10) day period, only 50% credit will be given. After packaging the items for return, you must write the RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is only good for the products authorized for return. Return packages must be returned using a delivery service that provides tracking information (UPS, Federal Express, USPS). Send your return to the following address:

No, please be sure to include your RMA # with your return. This will insure that you are credited properly.
How will I be credited for a return?
You will be credited or charged for any difference in cost in the same manner with which you paid for the original item(s). Therefore, if you paid by credit card, that credit card account will be credited or charged accordingly.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
We regret that Easylunchboxes.com cannot honor requests for exchanges. We would have to treat exchange requests as new orders and, therefore, would have to charge shipping on the replacement items.
