Give the gift of healthy eating
Jessica of Healthy Kids Lunches came up with this super-swell idea to give her hubby for Christmas: His favorite dinners, pre-made, packed in EasyLunchboxes, and ready to pop into the microwave! But I’m sure a freezer-full of delicious and healthy homemade meals would be joyously received at any time of the year!

“I’d love to share the process with you because, besides being an awesome gift for someone else, bulk cooking can be hugely beneficial in anyone’s life.”
How to make and pack freezer meals
After a long day at work, wouldn’t it be nice to come home to a scrumptiously satisfying dinner? Without having to do a thing in the kitchen? Well now you can!

What a great idea! I have to have surgery next week and while I do freezer cooking, this is a great way to have a few different meals ready to go in minutes (if my husband forgets to thaw dinner, etc). Enchiladas with beans and rice, baked ziti with steamed veggies, and baked chicken with roasted potatoes and veggies would be great too. I will check out Jessica’s post next!
Best wishes for a successful surgery and quick recovery Betsy! Yep – having some meals ready to go while you’re getting back on your feet would be really wonderful.
What a blessing! I found many amazing ideas on your site 🙂 Thanks for sharing all of these, I feel inspired now 🙂
