Shipping Policy
In many cases, the least expensive way to send your package is via the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. At checkout, choose USPS or our $8.95 FLAT RATE shipping via UPS - whichever costs less!

Free UPS Ground Shipping does NOT include USPS Priority Mail, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, USPS International service and shipments outside the continental United States.

All EasyLunchbox products are shipped from our warehouse located in San Diego, Ca. We normally ship within one business day of receiving your order; if any products are backordered, we will let you know when we expect to ship. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Your order should arrive within 4-7 business days after placing it. If you need faster service, please contact us.
Shipping fees are annoying. While my EasyLunchbox System is at least half the cost of many other lunch box products on the market I, unfortunately, have no control over shipping costs, which have gone up considerably of late, with fuel surcharges, etc. I assure you, we make NO profit on the shipping costs, and routinely lose money on our $8.95 flat rate. Many companies simply charge more for their products in order to offer free or very low cost shipping. That's simply not our style.
