What are the dimensions of the Lunch Container? 9.48 x 6.1 x 2
What are the dimensions of the Lunch Bag? 9 x 6.5 x 6.5” (the sides flex out a bit to hold the container securely and without wiggle room, ensuring that the container does not shake around in the bag, thereby keeping the food stabilized).
Are your products food safe? We are very proud of our products’ safety ratings. We have ensured that all the materials used in our containers and bags are food and child safe and even pass strict FDA requirements! Easylunchbox products contain NO Lead, Vinyl, PVC, Phthalates, or Bisphenol A (BPA). Click HERE for more about our product safety info.
Are the containers safe to use in the microwave? Our plastic containers are FDA-approved for microwave use. They are made with the highest grade polypropylene plastic (#5), a plastic that does not leach any BPA or Phthalates when heated or cooled. More info here.
Can I wash the containers in the dishwasher? Absolutely! However, keep them away from the heating element.
Are the containers leakproof? Although our Easylunchbox containers hold food securely, they are not designed to be leakproof, and we don’t recommend putting wet food into any of the compartments. For a compartmentalized container to be leakproof, this would require carefully sealing all of the compartments, every time. We have found that most children are not able to do this consistently, and if you send such a container to school properly sealed, it may not come home that way; leftovers could be dripping out everywhere. Therefore, if you want to send runny items like yogurt, sauces or dressings, it is best to use individual leakproof small containers for these foods, and there is plenty of room in our carrying bag to include them. How do you ship your products? We are pleased to offer $7.95 FLAT RATE shipping for all orders under $50 within the continental USA, via UPS regular ground shipping.

All Easylunchbox products are shipped from our warehouse located in San Diego, Ca. We use UPS for most shipments. Most orders will ship the business day after you place your order. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days after placing it, unless you requested faster shipping. Please see our shipping policy.
Do you ship to International Destinations? Yes, Easylunchboxes.com does ship orders to most international destinations. If your country appears in the shopping cart country drop down list, then we do ship to your country. Please see our shipping policy.
Can I order by phone, fax, or mail if I don't want to order online? Of course! Your Easylunchboxes.com online purchase is extremely safe and risk free. But if you prefer, you may use our offline order form and fax or mail your order into us. Or call us, and we will be happy to take your order by phone.
Do you charge sales tax? Only orders placed within the state of CA are subject to sales tax.
How do I check status on my order? It is possible for you to check your order status by using the link that was provided in your confirmation email. For more details on this, please see our track your order page.
How can I change an order? Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed. In this case you are responsible for all applicable charges on returned products.

What if I’m not happy with something? Can I return an order? Yes. Please see our return policy.
I tried to place an order through the shopping cart and I keep getting an error. Generally, things go smoothly, but in some cases, particularly with international orders, errors can occur. Usually this has to do with the address verification system. You have to use the billing address associated with your credit card. And you must spell the address in the same way that it displays on your credit card bill. For example, if you put “rd.” instead of “road,” these little things can cause a rejection. If this is the case, you may use our offline order form and fax or mail your order into us or you may email us your payment information, or even call us directly. If you fax, once we receive your fax we will email you a confirmation. The dial country code for the U.S. is 001. Please make sure your email address is valid and it is an email address that you check often.
