Did you catch me on the morning news?
I was awake! How about you?
Getting up at 2:30am isn’t the easiest thing to do, but hey, it’s not every day that I get the opportunity to chat about healthy lunch packing with morning news anchors from coast to coast! And being in Los Angeles, west coast time of course, I needed to get up before the roosters do their thing, so that I could be “in the studio” with the folks on the east coast. (It was all done with satellites and audio/video feeds and other complications I’m not techie enough to be able to explain.)
But over the course of about 4 hours, early this morning, I spoke with 29 different radio and news anchors, and shared my easy ideas about packing lunches for back to school.
Chatting ’bout my EasyLunchboxes and what to put in them …
One of the 29 segments I did. Here w/Renee Kohn of XETV, channel 6 in San Diego:
Special shout out to my fabulous manager, Glenn Rosenblum of Celebrity Access Inc. for introducing me to the terrific folks at A-1 Broadcast. Lovely Rachel Edmundson and her whole team were delightful to work with on set, AND…they got me home in plenty of time for lunch. And a nap.
