But I was truly taken by surprise this August. Sales went (way) over double what I was doing last year at this time…
See, I really needed a crystal ball…
Here’s what it would have told me: One should never underestimate the power of positive word-of-mouth. Or in this case, the power of the pin. If you aren’t familiar with Pinterest yet, check out this post, and you’ll see how it can drive traffic to a website like no one’s business.
In my case, with each repin of each packed lunch pic, traffic to my site grew like never before. And boy do you pack some beauties! 
And it didn’t hurt that my entrepreneurial story made the home page of Amazon.com again this month.
More container sets ARE on the way, but we won’t be restocked until late September…

Even though the containers are out of stock, you can still place an order on my website. If your order includes a container set, your entire order will ship when we have more stock, by the end of September. (We cannot ship partial orders).
If your order does not include a container set, it will ship immediately. I am so sorry for the delay! (Amazon.com still has about a day’s supply of my containers left so you can still order there. AND get FREE shipping! But hurry- they’re almost gone from Amazon’s warehouse too.)

How is shipping free on Amazon?? Mine wasn’t…..
Hi Kim – Sorry for the confusion. The individual items in my Amazon store qualify for super saver shipping/are marked as such right below the item title.
Those are individual items, not packaged together. Amazon fulfills those and therefore, Amazon can offer the super saver shipping. You have to be a PRIME member to qualify for free shipping on those, OR your cart has to contain at least $25 worth of super saver shipping merchandise (does not have to be only from EasyLunchboxes). This is only applicable to orders that ship within the USA. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
Wow! Congrats! And I’m so glad I ordered mine when I did!! They shipped this morning. They will arrive just in time for school to start on Monday, with a couple practice packs in between.

I ordered my ELBs last night on Amazon then I saw your SOLD OUT notice tonight. Three things instantly came to mind: 1) I’m very happy for your business…HOORAY! 2) I’m glad for once I didn’t second-guess myself before I hit “purchase” and back out. 3) I need to pray that Amazon had enough containers in stock to fulfill my order so I get my containers soon!

Hi Kelly! My son starts JK this September and I saw these on Pintrest and fell in love! I’ll be putting in an order for the containers and the cooler bag. I saw pictures of how people have personalized them and that’s what I’d like to do, but I’m not sure how they did it? How did they get the name stitched on the cooler bags? Thanks!
Hi Nansi – Some of them were taken to pro embroidery shops, and others used fabric glue to adhere fabric cutouts. You’ve seen my lunch bag gallery? It’s HERE and has some tips on some of the individual photos.
